A feast with Lamb, Chicken & Fish
The last one for the West Coast! Tonight we had “Staan Ribbetjie”, lamb chops & chicken skilpadjies as starters. Mains were Geelstert fish with a homemade flavoured rice, homemade bokkom bread & bokkom butter and a delicious prawn tail with a salted garlic butter sauce. Special thanks to FDW Craft Spices for creating joyous cooking memories!
