Tonight the protein was Moroccan Pork and Lamb Ribbetjies. Thanks to Visgat for spectacular FDW Craft Spices and Wood Stop for never disappointing with proper wood - we got amazing flavours with our Protein served on Roast Veggies (Pork) and a bed of basil pesto noodles (Ribbetjies), adding some Mint Jelly to finish the Ribbetjies.
